Solo practitioners and small teams get started through touchless onboarding: no calls, no setup delays. Enterprise firms needing custom MSA terms, dedicated infrastructure, or security review are typically onboarded within 24 hours of contract execution.
Integrations with SharePoint, Dropbox, Box, ShareFile, and Clio are live. Case materials can also be uploaded directly through a secure file upload interface. OurFirm.ai sits on top of your existing legal AI and research accounts; it replaces nothing.
Customer prompts and uploaded material are never used to train, fine-tune, or update any AI model, ours or any third party's. SOC 2 Type 2, unqualified opinion, no exceptions. All data processing happens in the United States, on AWS.
Fees are due in advance on a monthly or annual cycle you select. Compute is metered, visible in real time, and billed monthly in arrears. Enterprise firms can negotiate custom terms in the MSA.
