Head of Marketing
Not Just Built for Litigators. Built by One.
The first marketing leader for an AI-native litigation platform built by a 15-year trial attorney. The hire who turns "litigator-built" from a tagline into a category.
About OurFirm.ai
OurFirm.ai is redefining how litigation gets done. We're an AI-native platform purpose-built for trial lawyers and litigation teams, from solo practitioners to AmLaw 100 groups, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our platform analyzes thousands of documents, drafts court-ready filings, surfaces behavioral intelligence on judges and adversaries, and powers end-to-end litigation workflows. We cut through complexity so litigators can focus on what actually wins cases: judgment, strategy, and performance.
The strategic differentiator: OurFirm is the only platform with proprietary litigation behavioral data, judicial and adversary, designed by a trial attorney for the specific demands of high-stakes litigation. Not generic legal AI.
Stage signals: ~10-person team, product live with Professional and Enterprise tiers, integrations shipped (Gmail, Outlook, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box), enterprise pilots in motion, NY founder-led sales + team already in seat.
Joining OurFirm Means Three Things
Founder-led. Litigator-built. No passengers.
If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar, this is the place.
- Trial mindset. We prepare like we're going to trial. Outcomes over intentions.
- Litigator-built standards. If it wouldn't fly in front of a federal judge, it doesn't ship. Direct, ego-free feedback.
- Speed with conviction. We move fast because our customers can't afford slow.
The Role
Your mission: translate what a 15-year trial attorney has built into a narrative the litigation market understands and trial lawyers act on. Build the marketing function around the product, not just run campaigns against it. Success shows up as shared clarity across GTM, faster customer adoption, and a durable story that scales as OurFirm grows. This is a three-headed role: product marketing, PR, and growth.
- Title: Head of Marketing
- Base Salary: $200K - $250K (mid-band $220K; upside for legal-tech operators with prior 0→1 wins)
- Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity grant; 4-year vest, 1-year cliff
- Location: NYC hybrid (3 days/week in office preferred; remote considered for the right operator)
Product Marketing
- Own positioning. Sharpen the litigator-built thesis on a public-facing narrative that earns the trust of a content-skeptical legal audience.
- Translate product capabilities into workflows. Turn features into end-to-end use cases that resonate with partners, associates, GCs, legal ops, and innovation leaders across firm sizes, geographies, and legal functions.
- Stand up product marketing. Launch playbooks, sales enablement assets, demo storylines, and customer-ready materials that support enterprise sales motions.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Shape launches, roadmap conversations, and positioning grounded in customer problems and outcomes. Turn customer and field insights into durable solution definitions and prioritization inputs.
PR
- Launch the first brand flight. Legal-podcast sponsorships, trade-pub placements, and the speaker slots that put Andrew in front of the rooms that matter.
- Build the content engine that translates trial wins into proof points. Judge profile case studies, anti-hallucination feature marketing motion, post-Heppner v. U.S. privilege thought leadership, customer wins from trial boutiques and AmLaw teams, driving advocacy with a skeptical legal audience.
- Source and activate customer advocates - partners at trial boutiques and AmLaw teams who'll speak at conferences, co-author thought leadership, and anchor case studies.
- Show up wherever litigators show up - LegalWeek, ABA TechShow, NYSBA, NYSACDL, and the regional bar events where the buyer actually decides.
- Own the Series A narrative. Investor-facing positioning, traction story, category-leadership case.
Growth
- Stand up the demand-gen baseline. SEO/SEM/GEO across high-intent litigation and legal-AI search terms; LinkedIn ABM against AmLaw 200 litigation chairs; retargeting and intent-data layer.
- Align pipeline with the founder-led sales team. MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, attribution, and the operating rhythm that makes marketing-sourced pipeline real, not theoretical.
- Hit pipeline contribution. Recommend a 40%+ marketing-sourced qualified pipeline target by month 12.
Brand Marketing Manager
Not Just Built for Litigators. Built by One.
The person who builds how an AI-native litigation platform shows up in the world. The hire who turns "litigator-built" from a tagline into something the market sees, reads, and repeats.
Our platform does deep research, drafts court-ready filings, surfaces behavioral intelligence on judges and adversaries, and powers end-to-end litigation workflows. We cut through complexity so litigators can focus on what actually wins cases: judgment, strategy, and performance.
OurFirm's differentiator: We are the only platform with proprietary litigation behavioral data, judicial and adversary, designed by a trial attorney for the specific demands of high-stakes litigation. Not generic legal AI.
Stage signals: Sales team rolling, bleeding-edge AI tech, product rocks, NY founder-led sales + team already in seat.
Joining OurFirm Means Three Things
Founder-led. Litigator-built. No passengers.
If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar, this is the place.
- Trial mindset. We prepare like we're going to trial. Outcomes over intentions.
- Litigator-built standards. If it wouldn't fly in front of a federal judge, it doesn't ship. Direct, ego-free feedback.
- Speed with conviction. We move fast because our customers can't afford slow.
The Role
We're hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to build how OurFirm shows up in the world, across brand, PR, partnerships, and the conferences and rooms where litigation buyers actually decide.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is built for someone who wants to operate as a force multiplier across four functions that most companies hire four people for. You'll own the surface area of how the market experiences OurFirm: the press it reads, the booths it stops at, the partners it sees us with, and the narrative it walks away with. You will define what brand looks like at OurFirm, not inherit it. You'll work directly with the founder (a 15-year trial attorney), the Head of Marketing, and the sales team, and you'll be in front of customers, partners, and press from week one.
If you want a role that stays in one lane, this isn't it.
- Title: Brand Marketing Manager
- Base Salary: $150,000
- Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity grant; 4-year vest, 1-year cliff
- Location: NYC hybrid (3 days/week in office preferred; remote considered for the right operator)
- Reports to: Head of Marketing
Brand
- Build OurFirm's brand from a "litigator-built" tagline into a category-defining identity that earns the trust of a content-skeptical legal audience.
- Own brand standards, voice, and the visual system across web, social, deck templates, and customer-facing materials.
- Translate a 15-year trial attorney's perspective into a public narrative that resonates with partners, litigation chairs, GCs, and legal ops leaders.
- Run brand campaigns tied to launches, trial wins, customer milestones, and category moments, and measure what actually moves perception.
PR
- Launch and own the press function. Build relationships with reporters covering AI, legal tech, and the litigation industry, from Law360 and Bloomberg Law to The American Lawyer and trade podcasts.
- Run the press pipeline end-to-end: pitches, briefings, press kits, and the launch moments that matter, including funding, product, customer wins, and category shifts.
- Prepare the founder for media, podcasts, keynotes, and panels, with talking points, briefing docs, and the narrative discipline that protects the story over time.
- Turn trial wins, judge profiles, and post-Heppner v. U.S. privilege moments into proof points the market remembers.
Partnerships
- Identify and activate the partnerships that put OurFirm in front of litigators at scale: bar associations (NYSBA, NYSACDL, ABA), legal podcasts, litigation-focused communities, and adjacent tech partners.
- Build co-marketing motions with partners that drive pipeline, not press releases: joint webinars, co-authored thought leadership, shared events.
- Source and activate customer advocates: partners at trial boutiques and AmLaw teams who'll speak at conferences, co-author content, and anchor case studies.
- Own partner enablement materials so co-selling and co-marketing motions actually land.
Conferences & Field
- Own OurFirm's conference and field strategy end-to-end: LegalWeek, ABA TechShow, NYSBA, NYSACDL, ILTACON, and the regional bar events where buyers actually decide.
- Run events soup-to-nuts: sponsorship selection, booth design, speaker placement, attendee outreach, on-site execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up that actually converts.
- Design and execute OurFirm-hosted experiences: dinners, roundtables, and founder-led salons, in NYC and the markets that matter.
- Build the playbook for which events earn their cost and which don't, and kill the ones that don't.
Our Culture
We move fast and take our work seriously, because the attorneys using our platform do too. We are a small team, and that means everyone carries real responsibility from day one. There is no hand-holding, no bureaucracy, and no waiting for someone else to solve a problem. We stay close to our customers, iterate based on real feedback, and hold ourselves and each other to a high standard.
If you are someone who wants the structure and resources of a large organization, this is probably not the right fit. If you are someone who wants to be in the room where decisions are made, where your ideas shape the product and the process, and where the work you do today is still visible in the company years from now, we would love to talk.
Account Executive
About OurFirm.ai
Litigation is one of the most demanding, high-stakes disciplines in the law, and it has been underserved by technology for too long. OurFirm.ai is changing that. We have built the first AI platform purpose-designed for contested litigation: a swarm of specialized AI agents that handle research, drafting, citation verification, and formatting. All in parallel. With quality output of complete, file-ready documents.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools, OurFirm.ai is built on a proprietary nation-wide, dataset of thousands of judicial opinions, transcripts, docket entries, and behavioral signals. That means we inform on the statutory law, case law and can even include how a specific judge has actually ruled.
We are trusted by litigators of all kinds, from trial boutiques, Am Law litigation teams, high-stakes criminal defense attorneys, commercial, and personal injury firms. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at the ground floor and help define how the legal industry adopts AI.
The Role
As an Account Executive at OurFirm.ai, you will own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract across both mid-market and enterprise law firm accounts. You will work directly with trial attorneys, firm leadership, and operations decision-makers to demonstrate how OurFirm.ai transforms their litigation workflow. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be one of the earliest members of a growing sales team, which means your work will directly shape our go-to-market motion, our playbook, and our culture.
We want to be upfront: this is a startup. There is no large team behind you, no fully built playbook to follow, and no perfectly defined process waiting to be handed off. What there is is a compelling product with real traction, a supportive leadership team, and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. The person who thrives here will be self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely excited by the challenge of figuring things out.
This role is ideal for someone energized by consultative selling, comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, and genuinely excited about the intersection of AI and the law.
What You Will Do
- Own a mixed book of mid-market and enterprise law firm accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and close.
- Identify and pursue high-potential prospects through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and industry networking.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including managing partners, litigation chairs, and operations leads, by deeply understanding their workflow challenges and aligning OurFirm.ai's solutions to their specific needs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase the platform's impact on research speed, drafting accuracy, and citation integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to surface client feedback, inform the roadmap, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurately forecast pipeline, and track key sales metrics.
- Contribute to the development of our sales playbook by documenting what works, refining messaging, and helping build repeatable processes that will scale with the team.
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS or legaltech sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently.
- Consultative selling skills. You lead with curiosity, ask great discovery questions, and earn trust before pitching.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including executive-level conversations alongside day-to-day user relationships.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Pipeline discipline. You forecast accurately, maintain clean CRM records, and manage your time without close supervision.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its potential to reshape knowledge work, particularly in the legal industry.
- Experience in or adjacent to the legal industry is a plus, but not required. A curiosity about the space and a willingness to learn it deeply is what matters most.
Compensation and Benefits
- OTE: $150,000 to $210,000 with a 50/50 base and commission split
- Equity in the form of meaningful early-stage ownership in a high-growth company
- Health, Dental, and Vision coverage
- Hybrid work environment based in New York, NY
Location and Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY. We believe in the energy and collaboration that comes from being in person together, balanced with the flexibility to do focused, independent work remotely.
Our Culture

Enterprise Customer Success Manager
About OurFirm.ai
Litigation is a demanding, high-stakes discipline, and it has been underserved by technology for too long. OurFirm.ai is changing that. We have built the first AI platform purpose-designed for contested litigation: a swarm of specialized AI agents that handles research, drafting, citation verification, and formatting in parallel, producing complete, file-ready documents in minutes, not hours.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at OurFirm.ai, you will be the primary relationship owner for our law firm clients after the sale. Your focus is ensuring that every customer achieves real, measurable value from the platform, from their first day of onboarding through long-term adoption. You will work directly with trial attorneys, litigation partners, and operations leaders to understand how their teams work, remove adoption barriers, and deepen the role OurFirm.ai plays in their practice.
We want to be upfront: this is a startup. There is no large customer success infrastructure already in place, no mature playbook to inherit, and no dedicated support team to escalate to. What there is is a product that genuinely solves a painful problem for a demanding audience, a leadership team that will invest in your growth, and the chance to build the customer success function from the ground up. The person who thrives here will be proactive, resourceful, and energized by owning the full customer relationship.
What You Will Do
- Own a portfolio of law firm accounts, serving as the primary point of contact from onboarding through renewal.
- Lead structured onboarding experiences that help attorneys get to value quickly, with confidence in the platform and clarity on how it fits their workflow.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key stakeholders to assess adoption, surface challenges, and identify opportunities to expand usage across practice groups and offices.
- Proactively monitor account health, flag risks early, and develop plans to address churn signals before they become renewal conversations.
- Partner closely with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support upsell and cross-sell motions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, bringing structured feedback from your accounts to the product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap.
- Use and refine onboarding materials, adoption guides, and customer-facing resources that can scale as the team grows.
- Track account health, engagement, and retention metrics in the CRM with consistency and accuracy.
What You Bring
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role, in a B2B SaaS or legaltech environment.
- A proactive, consultative approach to client relationships. You do not wait for customers to raise problems. You anticipate them, ask the right questions, and bring solutions before issues escalate.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. You can lead a business review with a managing partner as comfortably as you can walk an associate through a new feature.
- The ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with discipline. You prioritize effectively, follow through consistently, and keep your book of business organized without close supervision.
- A collaborative mindset. You work well with sales, product, and engineering teams and understand that customer success is a team effort that extends well beyond your own relationships.
- Genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how legal professionals work, paired with a willingness to become a credible expert in OurFirm.ai's platform and use cases.
- Experience in or adjacent to the legal industry is a plus, but not required. The ability to earn the trust of attorneys and speak credibly about their work is what matters most.
Compensation and Benefits
- OTE: $150,000 to $180,000: base salary plus performance incentives tied to retention and expansion
- Equity in the form of meaningful early-stage ownership in a high-growth company
- Health, Dental, and Vision coverage
- Hybrid work environment based in New York, NY

We are trusted by litigators of all kinds, from trial boutiques, Am Law litigation teams, high-stakes criminal defense attorneys, commercial, and personal injury firms. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at the ground floor and help define how the legal industry adopts AI.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative at OurFirm.ai, you will be the first point of contact between our platform and the attorneys and law firm leaders who need it most. Your primary focus is generating qualified pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects, conducting thoughtful outreach, and booking meetings that convert into real sales conversations for our Account Executive team.
We want to be upfront: this is a startup. There is no large marketing engine feeding you leads, no fully built outreach sequence to copy and paste, and no established brand doing the heavy lifting for you. What there is is a product that genuinely solves a painful problem, a small team that will invest in your development, and the chance to be part of building something from the ground up. If the idea of figuring things out energizes you rather than unsettles you, you will fit in here.
For the right person, this role is also a genuine launchpad. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, including a path toward a closing role.
What You Will Do
- Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to trial attorneys, litigation partners, and law firm operations leaders.
- Research target accounts to understand their practice areas, firm structure, and likely pain points before reaching out, ensuring every touchpoint feels relevant and informed.
- Qualify inbound leads by asking the right questions to assess fit, urgency, and decision-making authority before handing off to the Account Executive team.
- Book qualified discovery meetings that give the AE team a strong foundation to run an effective sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on target account priorities, messaging, and follow-up strategy.
- Track all outreach activity and prospect interactions in the CRM with accuracy and consistency.
- Share feedback from prospect conversations with the broader team to help refine messaging, identify objections, and improve our outbound approach over time.
What You Bring
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or legaltech environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can craft a cold email that feels personal and earns a reply, and you can hold a confident, professional conversation with a senior attorney.
- A disciplined, organized approach to outbound work. You manage your activity volume, follow up consistently, and do not let prospects fall through the cracks.
- Genuine curiosity about the people you are calling. You do your research, ask good questions, and listen carefully rather than leading with a script.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to help build. You are not looking for a fully defined playbook. You are looking for the chance to help create one.
- An interest in AI and how it is reshaping professional industries, particularly the legal field.
- Experience in or adjacent to the legal industry is a plus, but not required. An eagerness to learn how law firms operate and what litigators actually care about is what matters.
Compensation and Benefits
- OTE: $80,000 to $100,000 based on a base salary plus commission tied to qualified meetings booked
- Equity in the form of meaningful early-stage ownership in a high-growth company
- Health, Dental, and Vision coverage
- Hybrid work environment based in New York, NY
Location and Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY. We believe in the energy and focus that comes from working together in person, balanced with the flexibility to do focused, independent work remotely. Office days are about one or twice a week.
Our Culture
