How pricing works

A base fee, then the work.

No per-seat minimums.

01

Pay for what you run

Professional starts at a platform fee. On top of that you pay for what you actually run, so a quiet month costs little and a heavy litigation month scales with the work.

02

Built to bill through

Every matter comes with a billing-ready client-savings report. Hand the client one line item that shows what the work cost and what it saved them, and the cost of the work moves onto the matter, not your overhead.

03

Terms that fit the firm

Fees are due in advance on the billing cycle you select, monthly or annual. Enterprise firms that want custom terms can negotiate them in the MSA.

04

Onboard in a day

Touchless onboarding for solos and small teams, with no calls or setup delays. Enterprise firms that need custom terms or a security review are typically live within 24 hours of signing.

Time savings calculator

Find the hours, then reinvest them.

Drafting and research are where litigation time disappears. Give us your team's numbers, we will tell you the time savings to expect, and you will see what comes back.

How this is calculated
  1. Hours reclaimed a week4 attorneys × (10 + 6) hrs × 80%51.2 hrs
  2. Hours reclaimed a year51.2 hrs × 46 working weeks2,355.2 hrs
  3. Working days reclaimed2,355.2 hrs ÷ 8 hrs a day294.4 days
  4. Share of each attorney's week(10 + 6) hrs × 80% ÷ 40 hr week32%
  • The result is your own headcount and hours times a time savings rate. You supply the hours, we supply the rate.
  • That rate defaults to 80%, which is the most we have measured: one pilot matter compressed 30 hours of work into 6 in a single session. The field is yours to override with any figure from 1% to 100% if you would rather model your own assumption.
  • Annual hours assume 46 working weeks, leaving room for vacation, holidays, and CLE.
  • Working days convert reclaimed hours at 8 hours a day, which is the same 40 hour week spread across 5 days.
  • The percentage measures reclaimed hours against a full 40 hour week, so it is the share of an attorney's week that comes free. Because it is a per attorney figure, it holds steady when you change headcount, while the hours and days above scale with it. It describes capacity you gain, not headcount you cut.
  • Estimates only, in hours rather than dollars. Your results depend on the work you actually run through the platform.

What attorneys say

The only tool that made me faster and better: ~40% less time on briefs, with transcripts digested and facts organized automatically.

We tested a lot of AI tools before selecting one. We chose OurFirm.ai, first and foremost, because of its output. Its quality, understanding of the task at hand, and depth of treatment for litigation-specific work is truly impressive. Ultimately, the platform speaks for itself and is a real differentiator in a crowded market.

Pricing questions

The details, answered.

What is included in the Professional plan?
The full litigation platform: partner-level drafting for motions, briefs, and discovery, semantic legal research with citation verification, federal judicial intelligence, and the privilege-protected client portal. The monthly platform fee is fixed, and usage is billed on top of it.
How does usage billing work?
You pay a monthly platform fee plus the usage you run during the month. Usage scales with the size and intensity of your practice, so a light month stays inexpensive and a heavy litigation month reflects the work you put through the platform.
Can I bill OurFirm.ai back to my clients?
Yes. Usage is structured to be passed through to clients as a disbursement, just as you would bill for Westlaw or Lexis research time. It becomes a line item on the matter rather than firm overhead, and every matter comes with a billing-ready client-savings report you can hand the client.
What are the billing terms?
Fees are due in advance on the billing cycle you select, either monthly or annual, and each term renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Enterprise firms that want custom terms can negotiate them in the MSA.
What does Enterprise include, and how is it priced?
Enterprise is everything in Professional plus volume licensing, dedicated infrastructure, custom MSA or BAA terms, and a security review. Pricing is tailored to the firm, so the best path is a short conversation. Enterprise clients are typically onboarded within 24 hours of contract execution.
How quickly can we get started?
Immediately. Solo practitioners and small teams start through touchless onboarding, with no calls or setup delays. Enterprise firms requiring custom terms or security review are typically live within 24 hours of signing.
