We're hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to build how OurFirm shows up in the world, across brand, PR, partnerships, and the conferences and rooms where litigation buyers actually decide.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is built for someone who wants to operate as a force multiplier across four functions that most companies hire four people for. You'll own the surface area of how the market experiences OurFirm: the press it reads, the booths it stops at, the partners it sees us with, and the narrative it walks away with. You will define what brand looks like at OurFirm, not inherit it. You'll work directly with the founder (a 15-year trial attorney), the Head of Marketing, and the sales team, and you'll be in front of customers, partners, and press from week one.

As an Account Executive at OurFirm.ai, you will own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract across both mid-market and enterprise law firm accounts. You will work directly with trial attorneys, firm leadership, and operations decision-makers to demonstrate how OurFirm.ai transforms their litigation workflow. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be one of the earliest members of a growing sales team, which means your work will directly shape our go-to-market motion, our playbook, and our culture.

As a Business Development Representative at OurFirm.ai, you will be the first point of contact between our platform and the attorneys and law firm leaders who need it most. Your primary focus is generating qualified pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects, conducting thoughtful outreach, and booking meetings that convert into real sales conversations for our Account Executive team.

There is no large marketing engine feeding you leads, no fully built outreach sequence to copy and paste, and no established brand doing the heavy lifting for you.
